Account & Registration

To register at jiya9, you'll need: an active mobile number, an email address, your full name, and date of birth. You must be 18 or older. No bank account or special documents are required at registration. The entire process takes just 2–3 minutes.

Registration is completely free — no fees whatsoever.

Only one account is permitted per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

Creating multiple accounts is a violation of jiya9's terms and constitutes bonus abuse.

Your account is activated as soon as you verify your mobile OTP. OTP delivery typically takes 1–3 minutes. Once active, you can make a deposit and start betting right away.

Yes, you can update your email, mobile number, and password from Account Settings. To change your name or date of birth, contact [email protected] and complete identity verification.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying your identity. jiya9 may request KYC for large withdrawals (৳50,000+) or if any suspicious activity is detected. Required documents:
  • National ID (NID) — photos of both sides
  • Selfie photo with NID
  • Mobile Banking Registration Proof

KYC information is strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP or reset link will be sent to you. Use it to set a new password. The entire process takes under 5 minutes.

To close your account, email [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance beforehand. Alternatively, from the Responsible Gaming tools, Self-Exclusion you can.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be automatically locked for 30 minutes. Try again after the lockout period. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Withdrawals at jiya9 are processed in an average of 3–5 minutes and arrive in your mobile banking account within 30 minutes at most. Transfers made between midnight and 6 AM may take slightly longer.

jiya9 offers the fastest withdrawals of any betting platform in Bangladesh.

Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal is ৳50,000. Daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. KYC verification may be required for larger withdrawals.

The wagering requirement refers to how many times you need to place bets before you can withdraw your bonus funds. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳5,000. Once completed, the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Live betting means placing bets while a match is in progress, with odds updating in real time. For example, in cricket you can bet after the first over. It's more exciting because you can read the game before making your decision.

Cash out lets you exit a bet before the match is over. If things seem to be going against you, use cash out to secure a partial or full return. Note that cash out is not available on all bets.

jiya9 uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.5 on a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 (profit: ৳150). Higher odds mean a lower probability but a bigger payout if you win. Odds of 1.5 are safer but offer a smaller return.

Yes. If a match is cancelled or postponed, your full stake is refunded — usually back to your jiya9 balance within 24 hours.

An Accumulator (or Parlay) combines multiple events into a single bet — you need to win all of them. The risk is higher, but so is the reward. For example, if you bet on 4 matches and win all 4, the odds multiply.

Minimum single bet: ৳50. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event, with higher limits available for high-profile matches.

Log in → Account Menu → "Bet History" option. Here you can view all active, settled, and cancelled bets.

Handicap betting gives the weaker team a head start. For example, India -1.5 run handicap means India must win by more than 1.5 runs for your bet to win. This makes betting on uneven matches more interesting.
